Heading Back To School?
A new school year and a new group of kiddos in your classroom, exciting and stressful times. The end of the day dismissal can be tricky for those littles getting used to their new routine after a long summer. This clip chart helps you understand your new class and their transportation habits for both getting to school and going home from school.
Probably every elementary teacher’s fear is that one of their students will get on the wrong bus or be in the wrong waiting spot during the first few days of school. These clip charts will help both students and teachers stay organized and get that information right as they walk in the classroom door.
We use our “How Do You Get To School” information to make a graph together at the beginning of the year and the second chart helps me know who I need to walk to the bus lines. This information also helps the students get to know their classmates and who rides the bus together or will be heading to the bike racks after school.
This resource is available in my store and can be found here. Avoid stress and tears in those first few afternoons of a new school year!
Enjoy the new school year and your new group of friends!
