This past holiday I made some bookmarks for my students with my Bitmoji Sticker in them. They came out adorable and my students loved them. Bookmarks are a fun way to give your students a little something that doesn’t cost much money and the stickers personalize them.
When I posted the image of the bookmarks on Instagram I was asked how I made them. I made a quick video tutorial here that you can watch to make them yourself! First, download and create a Bitmoji account on your phone. Then, add the Bitmoji Chrome extension to your Google Chrome browser.
You can find the extension in the Chrome Web Store. Once the extension is installed, I left clicked and dragged it to the front, right next to the URL bar.
Once the extension is there, anytime you want to add your Bitmoji to a printable just click and drag it in. You may have to use Ctrl C to copy and Ctrl V to paste, in Canva for example. Mac Users, I would imagine it is the Cmd key? sorry, I’m a PC gal from way back 😉
When using a Google product (Slides or Docs) because you are going Google to Google you can just drag and drop.
I have added my Bitmoji to Canva, Google Slides, and PowerPoint resources. The ideas are really limitless. If you are presenting at a conference, PLC, or professional development session you could add an image or two to make things fun. Bitmojis are a great way to avoid death by PowerPoint, lol!
I hope you found this helpful and I would love to hear if you tried it out. Leave a comment below and let me know.
Did you add the extension yet? Nice job!
Enjoy this fun tutorial!
